Before You Ask — Common Questions
Can I just try one order, or use you as a second source?
Yes — that is exactly how we suggest starting. Trial orders and second-source batches run on the same lines, same process and same QC standard as volume production.
How can your prices be lower than other manufacturers I've quoted?
Because a share of the "manufacturers" in this market are trading companies, and factories like ours build the boards they resell. Chinese trading companies place orders with our factory and add their margin on top — when you quote us directly, that margin never gets added. The quality gates are identical: same lines, same IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC inspections, same 100% electrical testing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Volume production has an MOQ, confirmed with your quote based on board type and process. Prototypes and trial orders are not subject to the volume MOQ.
Are prototypes free?
Prototypes are charged; the exact cost is itemized in your quotation. The DFM review that comes with every quote is free.
Do prototypes need a test fixture?
No. With 12 flying-probe testers in-house, prototypes and small batches are electrically tested without building a dedicated fixture.
My board exceeds your published spec table — can you still make it?
Send the files anyway. Requests beyond the standard spec table are reviewed case by case by our process engineers, free of charge.
How is quality guaranteed?
Four inspection gates (IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC) plus 100% electrical testing before shipment, under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems. Impedance, microsection and RoHS test data available with your shipment on request.
How fast is delivery?
Prototypes: single-sided 1-3 days, double-sided 2-4 days, multilayer 4-9 days. Volume: 3-15 days depending on layer count. See the full delivery table on the Capabilities page.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — worldwide delivery by express courier or sea freight. English-speaking sales support by email.
What trade terms and payment methods do you support?
EXW and FOB trade terms with T/T payment; details are confirmed together with your quotation.
How can I verify you are a real factory and not a broker?
Check us the same way you should check any supplier: our factory address is published, the equipment ledger is listed machine by machine on the Capabilities page, our UL file E336650 is searchable in UL Product iQ, and certificate documents are downloadable on the Certifications page. A full six-point checklist is in our factory verification guide.
Can I see your certificates before ordering?
Yes. UL file E336650, IATF 16949 certificate CN048380 (Bureau Veritas, valid to 2027) and CQC product certificates are published with document downloads on the Certifications page. Certificate originals and current scans are provided together with your quotation.
How do you handle my Gerber files?
Files are sent by you directly to our factory inbox by email — this website has no upload feature and stores nothing. Files are used for quotation, DFM review and approved production only. Details, including guidance for NDA and controlled technical data, are on the Privacy & PCB File Handling page.
