Heavy Copper PCB Manufacturer in China
Up to 30 oz copper for high-current power electronics, factory-direct. Prototype, small-batch and recurring volume orders all run on the same lines.

Heavy copper PCBs use thick copper — up to 30 oz on our lines — to carry high current and dissipate heat in power electronics. Typical uses include EV chargers, inverters, energy-storage systems, motor drives, and power-distribution boards.
Thicker copper demands tighter control of etching, plating and lamination, so every heavy-copper board passes our IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC gates with 100% electrical testing before shipment. Because we are the factory, the quote you get is the production price — no broker margin on the first order or on any re-order.

Common Questions
What is the maximum copper weight you can produce?
Up to 30 oz on our heavy copper lines. Requirements beyond the published table are reviewed case by case by our process engineers, free of charge.
How is quality controlled on heavy copper boards?
Thick copper demands tighter etching, plating and lamination control, so every board passes four inspection gates (IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC) and 100% electrical testing before shipment, under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems.
Can I trial one board before moving volume?
Yes — pick your simplest recurring board, run one sample order through your own QC, and compare unit prices at equal quality. Prototype and volume run on the same lines.
What are your shipping and payment options?
EXW and FOB trade terms with T/T payment; worldwide delivery by express courier or sea freight. English-speaking support by email.
