Privacy & PCB File Handling

The RFQ builder on this website runs in your browser. It prepares an email draft using the specifications you enter. It does not submit those fields to a website database and it cannot access or upload your Gerber files.

You attach Gerber/ODB++ files yourself in your email client and send them directly to sales@yz-pcb.net.

When you email us, we receive the contact information, project specifications and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to evaluate manufacturability, prepare a quotation, communicate about the project, manufacture approved orders and meet normal accounting or legal obligations.

Files sent for an RFQ are used for quotation, DFM review and, if you approve an order, production and quality control. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for those purposes.

Email is not end-to-end encrypted by default. If your project requires an NDA, enhanced transfer controls or another confidentiality arrangement, contact us before sending sensitive design files so the requirements can be agreed in writing.

Do not send ITAR-controlled, EAR-restricted, defense-related or other regulated technical data until you have confirmed in writing that the project can be accepted and that the required authorizations and transfer controls are in place.

We do not sell RFQ contact information or PCB design files. Information may be processed by normal business service providers such as email hosting, logistics, payment and IT providers, or disclosed where required by law.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for quotation follow-up, order fulfillment, repeat-order traceability, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

This static website does not require an account. Hosting providers may keep standard security and access logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp. No advertising tracker is intentionally configured in the current site build.
