We manufacture rigid multilayer PCBs from 4 to 16 layers on our own production lines. Five LDI direct-imaging systems support 0.075 mm (3 mil) fine lines and accurate layer-to-layer registration, and lamination runs on three vacuum presses inside our group campus — never outsourced to third parties. Controlled-impedance boards are verified on our in-house impedance tester, with test data available alongside your shipment.
Because you are buying from the factory itself, there is no broker margin built into the price. Prototypes, second-source batches and volume orders all run on the same lines, under the same ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality system, with 100% electrical testing before shipment. Multilayer capacity is 80,000 m² (0.86M sq ft) per month.

What is your lead time for multilayer PCBs?
Prototypes: 4-7 working days for 4 layers, 6-9 days for 6-8 layers. Volume production: 7-15 days depending on layer count, counted after engineering confirmation. Expedite options are quoted on request.
Do you support controlled impedance?
Yes. Impedance testing is done on our in-house tester, and impedance, microsection and RoHS test data can be provided with your shipment on request.
Can I start with a prototype or use you as a second source?
Yes — that is exactly how we suggest starting. With 12 flying-probe testers in-house, prototypes need no test fixture, and trial or second-source batches run on the same lines and QC standard as volume production.
What trade terms, payment and shipping do you support?
EXW and FOB trade terms with T/T payment. Worldwide delivery by express courier or sea freight, with English-speaking sales support by email.
